To use gbd33's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a real individual and may not register on behalf of a corporate entity.
• You may not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• All information you provide during account registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You must be mentally capable of making decisions related to gaming.

1.1 Age Verification Process

gbd33 may request age and identity verification from members at any time. Until verification is complete, deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay may be temporarily suspended. A national identity card, passport, or similar government-issued document is acceptable for verification.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account on gbd33. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be closed and all associated benefits, bonuses, and deposited funds may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device may be treated as multiple accounts.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted from your account, whether authorised or not. If you suspect unauthorised use or a security breach, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Updating Information

If any registered account information changes, you are responsible for updating it promptly. gbd33 will not be liable for any delayed or failed transactions resulting from outdated or incorrect information.

All financial transactions on gbd33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — the most widely used mobile banking method
• Nagad — mobile financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Bank Transfer — major Bangladeshi banks including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank

3.1 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transactions below these limits cannot be processed.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal funds generally reach your account within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required during the verification process or in cases of unusual transactions.

3.3 Transaction Terms

• Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder.
• Third-party payments are not accepted — meaning deposits made using another person's mobile number or account are not allowed.
• Withdrawals will be returned only to the same method used for the deposit.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, gbd33 may hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 as a bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳42,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, for a total of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not the deposit and bonus combined). Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you may withdraw bonus winnings after placing ৳10,000 in bets.

The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. Only bets placed on specified games count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.

4.3 VIP Program

gbd33's VIP program has three tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Through regular active play, you can gradually advance to higher VIP tiers.

4.4 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be claimed once only, and the same bonus cannot be received on multiple accounts.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, gbd33 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• The time limit for meeting bonus requirements is stated separately in each offer; the bonus will be cancelled if the deadline passes.
• gbd33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

All games on gbd33 are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Each game result is independent and does not depend on previous results.

5.1 Game Disputes

If a dispute arises regarding the result of any game, gbd33's system logs will be considered final. gbd33 is not responsible for errors caused by internet disconnection or device issues.

5.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sporting events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Once a betting order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded in accordance with gbd33's own rules.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game or betting result remains undetermined due to a software or hardware fault, gbd33 may declare that round void and refund the stake.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gbd33:

• Attempting to claim bonuses or promotional benefits through fraudulent means
• Operating multiple accounts
• Playing games using any software, bots, automation tools, or artificial assistance
• Attempting unauthorised access to the system or network (hacking)
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Registering an account with false information or concealing identity
• Collaborative cheating or collusion against other users of the platform
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor

gbd33 gives the highest priority to the protection of your personal information. The information we collect about you is used only for the following purposes:

• Account verification and identity confirmation
• Transaction processing and fraud prevention
• Providing customer support
• Platform development and service quality improvement
• Fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations

gbd33 will not accept liability in the following circumstances:

• A game being interrupted due to your internet disconnection or technical issues on your end
• Loss caused by software or hardware problems on your device

• Account access or loss resulting from sharing your login credentials with others
• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical faults or system maintenance

8.1 Limit of Compensation

In any circumstance, gbd33's maximum liability will be limited to the total balance held in your account at that time. gbd33 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9.1 gbd33's Rights

gbd33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms or suspicious activity
• Failure to verify age or identity
• Fraudulent transactions or misuse of bonuses
• At the member's own request under the responsible gaming policy
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or legal obligations

9.2 Member Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. If all wagering requirements have been met before the account is closed, the remaining balance may be withdrawn. Please contact the support team to request account closure.

10.1 Limit-Setting Features

12.1 Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between gbd33 and you, and supersede any prior oral or written agreements. If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

12.2 Changes to Terms

gbd33 may amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify members as far in advance as possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

12.3 Language Precedence

These terms are written in Bengali, and in the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

12.4 Assignment of Rights

You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under this agreement to a third party. gbd33 may assign the rights and obligations of this agreement at its discretion.
